This vacuum is AWESOME. Like many people, I have both 18 volt and 20 volt batteries for my Dewalt tools. This vacuum uses both styles of batteries! And… if you don’t have a charged up battery, it can also be plugged in to an AC outlet.

I was worried that a cordless vacuum wouldn’t have the suction needed around the shop. This one has suction equal to my other electric shop vacs. It has a 2 gallon tank and a built in 5 foot hose.

It is light and easy to carry around. The hose and tools are easily stored on the unit.

I have only had it a few weeks and have already used it dozens of times. My favorite use is cleaning the floor of my pickup. Before, I had to lug out the electric vac, plug it in, and wrestle with the hose. Now, I just open the door, set the cordless unit on the seat and flip the switch.
